Telangana govt awards contracts for TIMS Construction at Sanath Nagar, L B Nagar and Alwal
Telangana government has awarded contracts for the construction of Telangana Institutes of Medical Sciences (TIMS) at three locations, Sanath Nagar, L B Nagar, and Alwal. The contracts, which are worth a combined investment of ₹2,679 crores, have been awarded to successful bidders. Larsen and Toubro (L&T) Limited has been awarded the contract for the TIMS in L B Nagar, Rangareddy district, for ₹668 crore. Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited (MEIL) has been awarded the contract for the TIMS in Sanathnagar, Medchal district, for ₹667 crore. DEC Infrastructure and Projects has been awarded the contract for the TIMS in Alwal, at a cost of ₹669 crore. The hospitals will have a total area of 13,71,220 square feet, with the main block being 10,53,800 square feet and the allied block being 3,17,420 square feet.
