Addressing a programme in Pratapgarh, Sharma said the state government was working to preserve tribal heritage, promote local products and expand livelihood opportunities for tribal communities. He said the Rajasthan Tribal Area Development Cooperative Federation Limited (Rajsangh) and CONFED would help tribal producers secure better prices and access to wider markets.
Of the total projects, 423 works worth over Rs 256 crore were inaugurated, while the foundation stones were laid for 1,029 works worth more than Rs 668 crore.
The projects include 299 road works worth Rs 429 crore and 562 rural development works worth Rs 73 crore. The foundation was also laid for six healthcare projects worth Rs 71 crore.
