India marks four-fold infra spend on border with China
In order to build world-class infrastructure on border with China, India has focussed on improving infrastructure in the border areas in the past. The government has increased BRO’s budget from Rs 3,782 crore in 2013-14 to Rs 14,387 crore in 2023-24, thereby marking a four-fold increase in infra spending along the border.
