Govt invites bid for Rs. 586-cr 2nd Central Vista project
The Union Urban Affairs Ministry has invited bids for the construction of the Common Central Secretariat (CCS) Building No. 13, the second project along the Kartavya Pathas part of the Central Vista revamp. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 586 crore, with a maintenance period of five years. As per the tender document for CCS-13, the successful bidder must complete the construction within 27 months. The building, which will consist of ground plus six-storeys, will have a total built-up area of 52,000 sq metres, including a basement measuring 17,627 sq metres.
