Craftsman plans Rs.160-cr manufacturing complex in Coimbatore
Diversified engineering player Craftsman Automation has decided to set up a new manufacturing complex with an investment of Rs. 150-160 crore. The company has also rolled out future expansion plans for all three of its businesses, which include automotive powertrains, aluminum products, and industrial and engineering sectors. Overall, the company has devised a new investment plan totaling about Rs. 209 crore, with the mentioned amount earmarked for the new complex. The proposed factory will be constructed on the company’s 48-acre site in Kothavadi near Coimbatore.
