House of Hiranandani Invests ₹12,500 Cr in MMR Expansion

Led by Surendra Hiranandani, House of Hiranandani has committed ₹12,500 crore to expand its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) over the next two years, targeting 7.3 million sq. ft. of luxury developments. This expansion aims to capitalize on MMR’s infrastructure growth and the demand for high-end residential and commercial properties.
Highlights of this strategic investment include a 25-acre integrated development in Hiranandani Estate, Thane, along with luxury towers such as Castalia in Kandivali and Belicia in Panch Pakhadi, Thane. In Chembur, a 15-acre redevelopment project comprising Maitri Park and Shrinagar is underway, with other redevelopment opportunities in South Mumbai and various western suburbs under advanced discussions.
Beyond residential projects, the company is also expanding its commercial portfolio, with 4.5 million sq. ft. already operational and an additional 2.5 million sq. ft. of commercial space nearing completion in Mumbai and Thane within six months.
