House of Hiranandani, renowned for developing integrated communities across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, is expanding into Mumbai's redevelopment segment. The company has signed additional redevelopment projects covering 17 lakh sq. ft., with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹5,000 crore.
The firm has entered into registered development agreements with five major housing societies in Chembur, involving an investment of ₹3,200 crore. The projects include redeveloping Maitri Park in Chembur East (9 acres) and Shrinagar Society in Chembur West, a cluster of four societies (6 acres), comprising 459 tenants. With approvals underway, the company aims to complete the redevelopment within 4-5 years.
Surendra Hiranandani, Chairman and Managing Director of House of Hiranandani, highlighted the importance of redevelopment in a city with limited expansion space. He emphasized that redeveloping old, dilapidated buildings can unlock potential, create modern infrastructure, and transform congested areas into sustainable, livable communities.
Known for blending heritage with modernity, House of Hiranandani continues to set new benchmarks in urban planning and placemaking with its signature neoclassical architecture and attention to detail.
