Hindustan Power Begins Work on 435 MWp Solar Project in Uttar Pradesh

Hindustan Power has started construction of a 435 MWp solar power project in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. Awarded by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UPPCL) in April 2025 through a competitive bidding process, the project will supply clean energy to the state for the next 25 years. Once operational, it will play a key role in helping Uttar Pradesh meet its renewable energy targets and reduce its carbon footprint.
