HG Infra wins ₹997-cr project under B'mala program

HG Infra Engineering, a leading player in the road construction sector, has been declared L-1 bidder by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a new ₹997 crore road project in Rajasthan under Bharatmala Pariyojana. The project, which will be taken up under EPC module with a construction period of two years, and include construction of 37-km long 8-lane carriageway from Haryana-Rajasthan border up to SH44 (78.800 km to 115.700km) section of Delhi-Vadodara Green Field Alignment (NH-148N). The company has also bagged an order for a ₹565 crore road project from NHAI in the state of Haryana. With this, it has two orders worth ₹1,562 crore in the month of January 2019, lifting its order book to ₹6,062 crore. CMD, Harendra Singh, said that 2019 has begun on a very positive note as it has bagged two back-to-back high-value orders which prove the company's expertise and strong execution capabilities in the infra sector.
