Gujarat Approves ₹145 Cr Four-Lane Bridge in Patan

Constructing a four-lane bridge over the Saraswati River in Sidhpur

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has sanctioned ₹145 crore for constructing a four-lane bridge over the Saraswati River in Sidhpur, Patan district, on the Mehsana-Unjha-Sidhpur-Palanpur State Highway.

Replacing the two-lane bridge built in 1959, the new bridge will address increasing traffic demands and align with plans for a six-lane road. Part of Gujarat's push for high-speed corridors, the project aims to enhance connectivity and boost road infrastructure in the region.
