GNIDA Ecotech industrial plot
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched a second industrial plot scheme in Ecotech-10 whereby about 74.5 acres of landmarked to be allotted as industrial plots of different sizes. Both fast track and direct allotment plans have been offered under the scheme which will involve an estimated investment of over ₹200 crore. While Uttar Pradesh has got the second position in the ease of doing business format, the GNIDA takes this forward and has planned allotment of industrial plots scheme in sector Ecotech 10. GNIDA CEO Narendra Bhooshan informed that online applications for the scheme can be made on nivesh mitra website from June 18 to July 2. Allotment will commence shortly after July 2 through both fast track and direct interview based allotment. The plots in sector Ecotech 10 include 91A (10 acres), 91B (10 acres), 92 (20 acres), 93 (13 acres), 94 (1.5 acre) and 95 (20 acres). A minimum of ₹7 crore per acre investment is a must to qualify for the allotment. Before this, on May 26, the GNIDA had launched a similar industrial plot scheme (of 41 plots) ranging from 905 to 4061.37sqm in sectors Ecotech 10 and 11 where investments worth ₹93 crore are expected from these allotments which comprise a total area of 83,000 sqm.
