The Greater Noida Industrial Authority has planned to develop more sectors within Ecotech industrial block and is currently acquiring land in Maycha, Ghanghola, Fazayalpur and other villages through a direct purchasing system. CEO, Narendra Bhooshan informed that blocks in Ecotech 10 and 11 are being readied for allotment of industrial units. The agency has launched a scheme and will give preference to industries and entrepreneurs, which are engaged in manufacturing cylinders, pharmaceuticals, drugs, hospital equipment, mattresses, beds, as well as industrial gases. About 41 plots ranging between 905 sqm and 4061.3 sqm are on offer with rate of plots measuring up to 4000 sqm is ₹11,240 per sqm while plots of 4,000 sqm to 8,000 sqm are being allocated at ₹9,685per sqm.
