The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is all set to start the construction of the Bahadurpura flyover, which is slated to be commissioned by 2019 at an investment of Rs 69 crore. The flyover will be 680-metres long with six lanes and will be equipped with hi-tech gadgets including LED lights, said official sources adding that among other things, it will ensure free flow of traffic from Puranapul to Zoo Park and provide much-needed respite from the routine traffic gridlocks to the road users. Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) KT Rama Rao will lay the foundation stone of the flyover project very shortly.
