Injecting a major booster to the tech infrastructure, Genpact, a professional services firm, has tied up with Simplex Infra Technopark LLP, a part of Simplex Infra Group, to build SEZ housing Imagine Tech Park, Sector V, Salt Lake in Kolkata, an official spokesperson of Simplex Infra Technopark LLP said that the foundation stone for the project has already been laid by the Minister, Department of Information Technology and Electronics, West Bengal, Bratya Basu. A special zone is being created for encouraging startups and nurture them in their formative years as the Imagine Tech Park will have Grade-A offices built across 1.5 acres of land and will be commissioned before 2021.
