GEDA Unveils "UNLIMITED SOLUTIONS" at bauma with Innovation & Sustainability

GEDA, a global player in vertical transportation solutions, is making a bold statement at this year’s bauma with its new slogan: “UNLIMITED SOLUTIONS.” Building on the momentum of its 2022 motto, “FEEL THE REALITY,” the company now emphasizes its unwavering commitment to offering customized solutions through a wide-ranging product portfolio, comprehensive service, and cutting-edge digital tools—all designed to meet the diverse needs of its customers.

A global player in vertical transportation solutions

A standout moment for GEDA this year is the opening of its new administrative building in Asbach-Bäumenheim, Bavaria. Designed with sustainability in mind, the facility aims to meet DGNB Gold certification standards. GEDA’s green vision is reflected not just in its infrastructure, but also in its product line—many of which feature energy recovery systems, underscoring the company’s commitment to resource conservation and eco-conscious innovation.

New Promising Partnership

Exclusively at bauma, GEDA presents a new, forward-looking collaboration: AMP SHAR powered by Bosch. The cross-brand AMPShare battery alliance includes batteries and chargers that are compatible with a wide range of tools from various brands – including the entire Bosch Professional 18V system. A first concept will be unveiled at bauma. But of course, GEDA wouldn’t be GEDA if it stopped here – innovation is the key to further developments.

Charge, Plug In, and Go!

The New GEDA MAXI 18V Hoist

The new GEDA MAXI 18V offers numerous advantages – whether in scaffolding, painting, or other trades on any construction site. Thanks to the AMPShare battery, no external power supply is required. This universal battery system is also compatible with many common tools. Another highlight is the extremely low weight of the new hoist: With around 25% less weight compared to similar devices, transportation and use are significantly easier. Additionally, the GEDA MAXI 18V impresses with its quick setup, making it ready for use immediately – a clear convenience for every construction site.

Smoother Than Ever!

The New GEDA COMFORT Swivel Arm

The swivel arm is compatible with all hoists from the GEDA MAXI and GEDA MINI series. Originally designed for use with modular scaffolds, its thoughtful design also allows it to be applied to frame scaffolding. What stands out is the easy assembly and handling, which is facilitated by the swivel arm's low weight. The rope attachment is simple and can be done with just a few quick steps, proving itself reliable in practical use.

Once the swivel arm is in operation, it impresses with a newly developed rotating mechanism that ensures optimal functionality. Even after use, the swivel arm offers numerous benefits: thanks to the compact, one-piece system, storage is both simple and space-saving. Installation is faster and more straightforward than ever before – the swivel arm is ready for use in just two steps.

The Optimal Accessory for Flat Roofs!

GEDA LIFT

From now on, the GEDA LIFT offers an even more efficient system for the safe, easy, and damage-free installation of ladders on flat roofs. Heavy loads can be transported upwards in a particularly gentle manner, eliminating the risk of roof damage. This enables faster and easier assembly, as no custom solutions for substructures and supports on the construction site are required. Existing accessories can be easily converted.

The GEDA Roof Support and the GEDA Parapet Support together form the GEDA Parapet Support Bracket, which is placed on the parapet of the building to prevent the ladder parts from resting directly on the building. Additionally, the GEDA Support for Ladder Tracks can be optimally used on flat roofs to ensure ergonomic and comfortable unloading.

GEDA Vario+ Platform for the GEDA LIFT Versatility in Vertical Transport

A global player in vertical transportation solutions

The GEDA Vario+ Stage for the GEDA LIFT offers numerous new possibilities and significantly simplifies vertical transport. It impresses with its thoughtful features that make the transport of construction materials more efficient. In its closed position, the stage ensures secure load retention of movable parts. When open, thanks to locked side panels and additional load securing with straps, even larger components can be transported easily. During transport, up to three sides of the stage remain open, allowing even larger items to be securely transported. A special feature is the foldable side for the ladder part, which enables ergonomic unloading on the floor.

GEDA 200 Z COMFORT Safe – Ergonomic – Efficient

The GEDA 200 Z COMFORT is an innovative scaffolding hoist that has already been tested and proven in practice. With a completely rethought concept, this hoist sets new standards in terms of safety, ergonomics, and efficiency on the construction site. The lightweight aluminum ladder sections with quick-release fasteners and integrated cable channels ensure fast and easy handling. The powerful 230 V drive offers a load capacity of 200 kg, making it ideal for material transport. The spacious and robust load platform with sliding frame allows for flexible use, while the base unit with sled, drive, spring cable drum, and chassis enables quick positioning on the construction site. A special highlight is the ergonomic unloading on the wide stage side (1.2 m opening width), which is made comfortable and secure thanks to the new barrier. Additionally, the GEDA 200 Z COMFORT is compatible with common scaffolding systems, offering maximum flexibility.

GEDA TRANSPORT PLATFORMS In Closed Version

The GEDA transport platforms, known worldwide as indispensable helpers on construction sites for decades, now feature an innovative upgrade: the reliable GEDA transport platforms are now available in a closed version. The closed models, including the GEDA 500 Z/ZP, GEDA 1200 Z/ZP, and GEDA 1500 Z/ZP, offer numerous advantages and greatly expand the range of applications.

A particularly practical innovation: existing GEDA transport platforms can easily be converted into the closed versions using retrofit kits. This conversion option ensures that platforms already in use can be transformed into the closed variant with minimal effort. The closed versions are ideal for special tasks and versatile applications, as they allow for reduced safety distances while maintaining the highest safety standards. Users thus benefit from a perfect balance between price and performance. The new models are also available for direct order from the factory, and with the wide range of existing platform variants that can be converted to the closed version*, there are numerous individual solutions to choose from.
