Gammon Infra wins Rs.577 cr road project

Gammon Infrastructure Projects, a renowned road builder of the country, in a consortium of Gammon Engineers and Contractors, has received a letter of award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the mega road project at an investment of Rs.577 crore. The scope of work in the project involved undertaking rehabilitation and upgradating of existing 2-lane to 4-lane standards from Dubari to Chandikhole section of NH 200 (New NH 53) from 388.376 km to 428.074 km in Odisha under NHDP Phase - III on EPC Mode (Package- III)' (the 'Project'), said an official spokesperson. The project has been awarded by the NHAI with a completion period of 910 days of the construction. The Gammon Infrastructure Projects commands 40% share and the remaining portion of the stake, which is with its partner in the consortium, said an official spokesperson.
