Exotica Housing Launches Rs 500 Cr IT-ITES Project Exotica One32 in Noida Sector 132

Exotica Housing has launched Exotica One32, a premium IT and ITES development in Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company plans to invest around Rs 500 crore in the project, which will offer high-end office spaces along with integrated retail and food and beverage facilities.

The project has received all statutory clearances, including RERA registration, enabling construction and sales to proceed as per regulatory norms.
