Excentia Infra Launches Dehradun's 1st Uber-Luxury Project Excentia Tatva

Excentia Infra has introduced 'Excentia Tatva,' Dehradun's first uber-luxury residential project, with an investment of ₹650 crore. The project, which has received RERA approval, will also be the city's first IGBC-certified gold-rated green residential complex, promoting sustainable living in a low AQI zone.

Located near Max Super Speciality Hospital and Taj Hotel, the 5-acre development on Rajpur Road will feature 307 ultra-luxury units, offering an eco-friendly, high-end living experience.
