TORSA Machines targets Rs 500 crore in revenue within five years

The company is showcasing its expanded equipment range at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 in Greater Noida, which is being held from September 15 to 18. The exhibition features new additions to its crusher, screening and sand-washing portfolio alongside its existing product lines.
The company said it would measure progress through execution, including new-product adoption, market expansion, manufacturing scale, customer penetration, lifecycle revenues and the overall strength of the organisation.
Managing Director Mr. Gopi Krishna More said the five-year goal had been set deliberately high. "It is intentionally a challenging goal, because the TORSA we are building for the future cannot simply be a larger version of the company we are today. To reach that scale, we have to continuously develop new technologies, enter new product and application segments, expand into new markets, strengthen manufacturing and build a much deeper lifecycle relationship with our customers," he said.
Five focus areas driving TORSA's growth ambition
According to the company, the roadmap toward the target rests on five areas. The first is continued development of indigenous technology and expansion into higher-value crushing, shaping, washing and material-processing solutions. The second involves moving from supplying individual machines toward offering more integrated solutions across a customer's material-processing requirements. The third is deepening the company's presence across India while progressively developing selected international markets. The fourth is building spares, service, upgrades and lifecycle engagement into a larger and more structured part of the business. The fifth is investment in manufacturing capability, processes, talent and leadership to support a substantially larger organisation.
The five-year roadmap also marks a shift in how the company defines itself, moving from being recognised primarily as a crushing and screening equipment manufacturer to what it describes as an Indian material-processing technology and lifecycle solutions enterprise. This includes a larger role across a customer's value chain, from application engineering and equipment selection through crushing, shaping, screening and washing to automation, spares, service and lifecycle support. International expansion forms part of this plan, with the company aiming to take equipment developed and proven under demanding Indian operating conditions into selected overseas markets.
The exhibition and the next chapter

The company said it sees growth opportunities not only in new equipment sales but also in market expansion, higher-value applications, aftermarket services, spares, upgrades and deeper lifecycle relationships with customers.
The product range being shown at the exhibition includes the TEC 10 and TEC 11 cone crushers, the TSH 10, the VORTEX vertical shaft impactor and the EcoCycle sand-washing plant. These are in addition to the company's established TJC jaw crusher series, Sievex dry and AquaPro wet screening equipment, its PulseGrizzlyPro, GirzzlyPro and ScalpPro feeder lines, and its Nomad compact-plant offering. The company said these products should be seen collectively as the platform on which it intends to build the next phase of its growth, rather than as standalone additions to its catalogue.
The company's presence at national and international construction-equipment exhibitions dates back more than two decades, including participation at the India Road Congress in 2000 and Excon in 2005, when the company had already begun advocating an integrated approach combining crushing, screening and washing rather than standalone machines.
Mr. Gopi Krishna More, describing the principle that has guided the company's approach to customers through its expansion, said: "Never make a promise to a customer that you cannot fulfil.” The company's equipment is built under the tagline "Built for Every Terrain," reflecting a focus on conditions ranging from hilly and remote project sites to desert and plains terrain across India.
Mr. Rajkumar More, Chairman Emeritus of the company, said: "When we started out, the ambition was simply to build equipment that could survive Indian conditions and earn a customer's trust. Three decades later, seeing that same philosophy carried forward into a new generation of technology is what this moment means to me. The company has changed a great deal, but what it stands for has not."
Mr. Vaibhav Dange, founder of the Build India Foundation, said: "Infrastructure development in India depends on manufacturers who understand ground realities, not just technology on paper. TORSA's focus on equipment built for Indian terrain and Indian conditions is exactly the kind of engineering our sector needs. It's a privilege to be part of this occasion."
Mr. Rajkumar More, Chairman Emeritus, and Mr. Vaibhav Dange, Guest of Honour and founder of the Build India Foundation, were present at the TORSA stall on September 15, along with Managing Director Mr. Gopi Krishna More and other members of the leadership team, for the inauguration and media interaction. The event featured the unveiling of five new-generation TORSA products across crushing, shaping and sand-processing solutions, along with discussions on the company’s growth plans and expanded product range.
The company's stall is located at Hall 9, Stall Q03, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, for the duration of bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026.
