InfraServe Global Redefines Road and Infrastructure Equipment at bauma CONEXPO India 2026
The five products unveiled were the Etnyre RoadSaver, the Etnyre Asphalt Distributor (Black-Topper® Centennial), the Etnyre Mastic Kettle, and the 50m³ and 70m³ ISG Concrete Pumps, each engineered to close specific gaps that InfraServe Global has identified in the Indian infrastructure sector. The InfraServe Global booth at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, drew senior decision-makers from India's infrastructure, road contracting and construction equipment sectors.
Etnyre RoadSaver brings real-time computerised control to slurry sealing: Slurry sealing is one of the most common forms of preventive road maintenance, though most people driving over a treated stretch never notice it. A thin mix of aggregate, emulsion and additives is spread over an ageing road surface to seal early cracks and restore grip before the surface breaks down into potholes. Conventional slurry seal machines in India rely on manual operator adjustments, leading to inconsistent mixes and uneven texture. The RoadSaver automates the process instead, with CAN-Bus computerised controls that track aggregate, water and additive delivery in real time and trigger an automatic shutdown the moment a batch drifts out of tolerance, so a bad batch never gets laid down. Etnyre Asphalt Distributor (Black-Topper® Centennial) replaces driver dependence with radar-controlled dosing: Most domestic asphalt distributors depend on the driver holding a perfectly steady speed to achieve uniform application, a near-impossible task on rugged Indian terrain. The Black-Topper Centennial removes that dependency with ground-speed radar that automatically adjusts asphalt output, holding application rates within 1% regardless of speed changes. A hydraulically variable spray bar, poppet valves for razor-sharp start and stop lines, and the exclusive Vacu-Flo and Smart Clean systems complete a design built for streak-free, solvent-free operation. Under-treated stretches are also the ones most likely to turn slick in the first monsoon rain, so the consistency the Black-Topper Centennial delivers is one less hazard for the riders and commuters who use that road every day.
50m³ and 70m³ Concrete Pumps re-engineered for Indian job-site conditions: Rather than adapt an existing model, InfraServe Global re-engineered its 50m³ and 70m³ Concrete Pumps after surveying pumps already operating on Indian sites, fixing the structural and hydraulic issues that cause blockages, high diesel consumption and premature wear. Optimised S-valve geometry enables smoother, laminar flow for high-rise vertical pours, while an instant reverse-pumping system clears blockages without teams dismantling pipeline sections by hand.
Etnyre Mastic Kettle moves mastic heating into a closed, eco-engineered environment: Traditional mastic heaters are open-air pots that release toxic fumes into surrounding communities and expose operators to hazardous conditions. Built on German engineering principles, the ISG Mastic Kettle operates in a fully sealed, insulated environment that contains emissions, prevents hot spots that degrade the binder, cuts fuel consumption, and uses mechanical agitation to keep the mix uniformly suspended.
Underlying all five launches is a customer-first approach that InfraServe Global treats as a core value rather than a marketing line. Beyond its standard equipment range, the company designs and manufactures customised asphalt and concrete batching plants tailored to individual customer requirements, from site conditions and output capacity to specific process needs, rather than expecting customers to adapt to a fixed configuration. It's an approach that runs through the five Bauma launches as well, each one built around a problem identified on Indian job sites rather than adapted from a standard global spec.

These launches come at a moment of sustained expansion for India's infrastructure sector. India's infrastructure market is valued at USD 205.96 billion in 2026 and is projected to grow at an 8% CAGR to reach USD 302.62 billion by 2031, with transportation infrastructure construction alone worth USD 85.66 billion in 2026 and on track to reach USD 122.91 billion by 2031. Roadways account for the largest share of that spend, underlining the scale of opportunity for equipment manufacturers positioned to serve India's road-building and maintenance pipeline at this stage of its growth.
