Embassy Group unfolds ₹300-cr infra building plans
Adding to the infrastructure development of the city, Bengaluru-based property developer, Embassy Group, plans to invest additional Rs 300 crore on the city’s infrastructure projects like a metro station, flyovers and walkways. In this connection the group has already inked MoU with Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) to build the Kadubeesanahalli metro station. The Kadubeesanahalli station is located just outside Embassy TechVillage on the 17-km-long recently approved North-South Metro corridor area on Outer Ring Road. Right now, the company has inked an MoU with BMRCL for the construction of a Metro station at ETV on the North Outer Ring Road and also Rs 100-crore investment in metro station. The Embassy Group will also contribute ₹150 crore for building a flyover between Thanisandra junction and Nagawara Lake junction with dual spur roads, leading directly in and out of Embassy Manyata Business Park.
