Emaar India Launches Serenity Hills, a Premium Sustainable Residential Project in Gurugram
Planned as one of the greenest projects in Gurugram, Serenity Hills has received IGBC Platinum pre-certification. The development spans 25.9 acres and is being launched in phases, with the current phase covering 15.2 acres. It will feature seven towers comprising around 1,000 units, primarily 3BHK and 4BHK residences, with a larger share of 3BHK homes to meet market demand.
The project boasts an expansive 8-acre central green zone with a scenic water feature and a continuous promenade for leisure walks. It also offers approximately 1 lakh sq. ft. of amenities, including a 65,000 sq. ft. clubhouse catering to entertainment, wellness, and leisure needs.
