Dream India Group, which is a renowned realty builder of the country, has recently announced a Rs. 300-crore multi-use real estate project to be developed on 300-acre offering amusement park facilities on the outskirts of Hyderabad airport. The project will have villas and farmlands amidst a resort on a 20-acre site with amusement parks, water-park and also over 29 adventure sports. The Hyderabad-based diversified group with interest in real estate, infrastructure, exports and imports will build a private paradise introducing weekend home concepts, Chairman and Managing Director of Dream India Group, ‖ Syed Rafi Ishaq, said.
