The detailed project report (DPR) for the proposed elevated corridor of NH-53 at Ainthapali highway area in Odisha has been submitted by the state government to NHAI. A Bhubaneswar-based consultancy firm, SM Consultants, was assigned with the task of preparing the DPR. The 2km elevated corridor will originate from the Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) petrol pump on the opposite side of the bus terminus, to end near the Income Tax Office. It will also provide an alternative route to commuters.
