Doka Acquires Malaysian based MFE Formwork Technology

Doka, a global leader in formwork and scaffolding, has merged with Malaysian-based MFE Formwork Technology, a market leader in monolithic aluminium formwork. Together, they have become a major player in the Asia-Pacific region, offering customers innovative solutions from a single source.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Doka's strategic growth plan, reinforcing its position in Southeast Asia and the Pacific region, alongside North America.

Doka specializes in steel formwork combined with timber and is known for solutions in large-scale projects like high-rise buildings, infrastructure, and power plants.
