DLF to Launch First Mumbai Project by December 2024

Realty major DLF plans to launch its first project in Mumbai by December 2024, pending approval and requisite clearances. DLF will invest ₹400 crore in equity for the project, which will offer a potential saleable area of 3 to 3.5 million sq. ft. Located in Andheri, the project will feature apartments priced between ₹5.5 crore and ₹7.5 crore, with three-BHK and three-BHK-plus configurations. This Mumbai project is a Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) initiative in a joint venture with the Trident Group.
