Develon Showcases Over 20 Machines & Technologies at bauma 2025
At bauma 2025, under the banner of ‘Achieve the Next,’ Develon highlighted over 20 machines and digital technologies. With live demos five times a day and exciting new model launches, it was a chance for visitors to see the future of construction in action.
Develon’s Experience Zone offered an interactive showcase of advances in autonomous technology, safety, and sustainability. Visitors were among the first to see the Real X autonomous excavators, powered by AI, along with Smart Around View Monitoring (SAVM) and the innovative Transparent Bucket 2.0 system.
Develon also pushed the boundaries of zero-emission and alternative drive technology with the launch of the DX23E-7 electric mini-excavator. Perfect for eco-conscious operations and urban environments, this machine delivered exceptional performance without compromising productivity. The Develon 9 Series heavy crawler excavators also set new industry standards for safety, operator comfort, and productivity. In addition, the company expanded its range with machines like the DX270WMH-7 material handler and the DX235LCR-7 car dismantler to meet the evolving needs of the construction industry.

Develon is advancing autonomous machinery with Real X, the next evolution of AI-powered excavation. This cutting-edge system transforms smart crawler excavators into autonomous machines capable of trenching, bulk earthmoving, and truck loading—all with precision and efficiency. Operators remain in control, seamlessly switching between autonomous, remote, or manual operation as needed.
Advanced Technologies
Innovation at Develon means smarter, safer operations. The Smart Around View Monitoring (SAVM) system provides a 360-degree AI-powered view, detecting people and objects in real-time to enhance job site safety. The latest Transparent Bucket 2.0 for wheel loaders takes visibility to the next level, now equipped with Object Detection (OD) and Object Recognition to help prevent accidents before they happen.
