Unlike traditional Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), where land titles are split, the DevX DM model enables landowners to retain 100% ownership and long-term control of their properties. This model has fueled Dev Accelerator’s expansion in major metro markets such as Mumbai and Hyderabad, as well as high-growth Tier II cities including Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Udaipur, Indore and Surat.
