Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (DSIIDC), the Delhi government's controlled entity, has announced the setting up of a high-tech business park at Rani Khera on 150 acres of land. The Chief Minister's Office informed that the first phase of the park will be completed by August 31, 2022. This business park, a first of its kind in the national capital, will be located just 15 minutes drive from the Indira Gandhi International Airport and will have various IT services and high-tech industry services. The CM directed that the first phase of the park must be completed within the scheduled timelines. The industrial waste coming out from the common effluent treatment plants will be treated with modern technology and the park will have large size workspaces on every floor and multipurpose business facilities will be available. The first phase of the project will house a multi-storey building on an area of 15 lakh square feet.
