Dalmia Bharat Expands Cement Production in Andhra Pradesh

Dalmia Bharat Limited (DBL) has commenced commercial production of an additional 1.0 MTPA at its cement manufacturing unit in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. This expansion increases the Kadapa unit's capacity from 2.6 MTPA to 3.6 MTPA, bringing the company's total installed capacity to 46.6 MTPA, including its subsidiaries.

The Rs. 207 crore investment aims to meet growing cement demand and enhance Dalmia Bharat’s market presence in the Southern region. This move aligns with the company’s long-term strategy to increase total installed capacity to 110-130 MTPA by 2031.
