County Group Acquires 13.3 Acres in Wave City for ₹400 Cr

County Group has acquired 13.3 acres of land in Wave City, NH-24, Ghaziabad, for around ₹400 crore. The land is part of Wave Group’s 4,200-acre smart city project, strategically situated along NH-24. County Group plans to build 1,000 residential units across four apartment configurations, with a total built-up area of three million square feet.
