Concorde, a leading real estate developer in Bengaluru, has acquired a 1.6-acre land parcel on Sarjapur Road to develop a premium residential complex valued at ₹200 crores. Facilitated by Colliers India, the acquisition represents a significant expansion for Concorde.

Colliers conducted market analysis and strategic negotiations to secure the deal. The project will feature 2 and 3 BHK units in a high-rise tower covering ~2.25 lakh sq.ft.
