Colliers Releases 2024 Global Sustainability Report Highlighting ESG Progress

Colliers has released its 2024 Global Sustainability Report showcasing its progress toward targets set in 2021. The report details the company's updated sustainability strategy, Built to Last, which focuses on reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and supporting clients in achieving their sustainability goals.
The strategy is built on three core pillars: Environmental Sustainability, Workplace Experience, and Ethical Governance & Practices. Environmental Sustainability emphasizes decarbonization and asset resilience aligned with climate change goals. Workplace Experience prioritizes employee safety, well-being, and inclusion. Ethical Governance & Practices reflects Colliers’ commitment to ethical conduct, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
The company continues to focus on inclusivity, enhancing employee support programs across Asia Pacific, including India, through expanded Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), personalized wellness services, and strengthened referral programs to widen the talent pool.
Asia Pacific highlights in the report include:
- 39.6% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions per square foot from a 2021 baseline
- Secured WELL Health-Safety Ratings in all Colliers offices in Asia Pacific
- 108% participation in Colliers Gives global volunteering program
- Approx 90% engagement in our global employee survey, with engagement scores exceeding external benchmarks
- 30% of manager+ roles held by women
