The other bidders were Ceigall India Limited, Ashoka Buildcon and SP Singla Constructions. The city's first flyover will come up at sectors 29/31/Industrial Area Phase-1 and Phase 2 rotary on the national highway 5. Initially, the administration planned to construct 7-km-long flyover at a cost of around Rs 900 crore but the ministry reduced its length to 1.2 km and also cleared funds worth Rs 158 crore to execute the project.
