Central Park realty plans ₹500-cr projects

Luxury real estate building major Central Park has decided to invest ₹500 crore in the development of multiple school buildings within its housing societies. The company has planned two schools at Central Park Resorts on Sohna road, three at Central Park Flower Valley, a 500-acre gated township and one at Gurgaon-Faridabad road. The company is currently negotiating with the Residents Welfare Association of Central Park 1 at Golf Course Road to develop a school there as it has been handed over to RWA. The housing societies it is building are like a town where every facility is available within the premises. The person living there does not need to go outside for any facility, said Amarjit Bakshi, founder, chairman and MD of the Bakshi Group. The company has also tied up with hospitals to provide healthcare facility within the society. The realty player, owned by the Bakshi Group, has 12 million square feet of planned projects across Gurugram, Delhi and Goa. Bakshi Group operates across infrastructure, hospitality, defence, real estate and automotive industries.
