Capacit’e Infra projects in a recent cache, has bagged two orders from Radius Developer in Mumbai entailing an investment of Rs.300 crore, an official spokesperson said that the first contract is for approximately Rs.185 crore, whereby, Radius Developer has joined hands with DB Realty to construct an 80 floors high-rise project at Mahalaxmi. The second contract is for approximately Rs.120 crore and will be developed at Santacruz. The builder is building this project under a joint venture with Sumer Group. In another development, Capacite Infraprojects has received regulatory clearance for their initial public offering (IPO), wherein the firm is backed by private equity firms New Quest Asia and Paragon Partners.
