Builders’ Association of India to Host 32nd All India Builders’ Convention in Goa in January 2026

Builders’ Association of India (BAI) is set to host the 32nd All India Builders’ Convention (32nd AIBC) from 7th to 9th January 2026 at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium, Goa University Campus, Panaji.

The AIBC is BAI’s flagship bi-annual event, a three-day national convergence of builders, contractors, engineers, real estate professionals, policymakers, and industry stakeholders. Participants from across India and abroad, including government officials and representatives from allied industries, will attend the convention.

The Government of Goa has extended its official support to the event, while the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors' Associations (IFAWPCA) has joined as a supporting organisation. IFAWPCA represents builders from 20 member countries and regions across Asia and the Western Pacific, including Australia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, with international delegates expected to participate in the 32nd AIBC.

Other key Indian construction bodies, including the Construction Federation of India (CFI), National Highways Builders Federation (NHBF), Gujarat Contractors Association (GCA), Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (ICEMA), Municipal Construction Contractors Association (MCCA), and the India Chapter of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), are also supporting the event.

The 32nd AIBC is being designed in a way that each every moment of the three days gives each delegate something to take home - knowledge, ideas, tangible things and of course beautiful memories.

BAI has invited the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India to inaugurate the 32nd AIBC and Union Ministers of construction sector related Union Ministries to be attending the other related events.

BAI is inviting all stakeholders in the Indian construction sector a part of one of the biggest construction sector knowledge gathering, networking, unwinding, etc. events.
