Brigade Group has launched ‘Brigade Altius’, a premium residential project in Sholinganallur, Chennai, with a revenue potential of ₹1,700 crore.

Located in the heart of the city's IT corridor, the 6.5-acre development spans 1.4 million sq. ft. and features three 43-story towers, among the tallest in the region. Rising to 143 meters, the project offers panoramic views of the city and surrounding landscapes, along with seamless connectivity to key business districts.
