Bakeri Group & Lumos Alternate Launch ₹500 Cr Real Estate Fund

Bakeri Group, one of India’s oldest real estate developers, and investment management firm Lumos Alternate have launched a ₹500 crore real estate investment platform, Sakar Realty Fund - I. The fund recently received SEBI’s final approval and aims to deliver strong returns by leveraging Bakeri Group’s 65-year legacy and execution expertise, having developed over 42 million sq. ft. of real estate.
While institutional investors have committed over ₹20,000 crore to similar platform deals in recent years, retail investors and family offices often lack direct access to such opportunities. Sakar Realty Fund - I seeks to bridge this gap by offering a regulated investment vehicle for participation in high-quality real estate projects.
