Ashiana Housing will develop a 12-acre housing project for senior citizens in Pune. The company informed that it has entered into development agreement for building a residential project on the revenue sharing model. The total size of the land is 11.93 acres, located in Mouje Varale, Taluka Mawal in Pune where the total saleable area is about 8,95,000 sq ft. The Delhi-based Ashiana Housing, which has a presence in Jaipur, Bhiwadi, Jodhpur, Jamshedpur, Neemrana, Sohna, Lavasa, Pune, Halol, Chennai and Kolkata, is one of the leading players in the development of senior citizen projects.
