Arisinfra Secures ₹75 Cr Material Supply Deal for Panvel’s Wadhwa Wise City Project

Arisinfra Solutions Ltd, a leading provider of organised construction material supply and value-added services in India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wadhwa Construction and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. for the next phase of the Wadhwa Wise City project in Panvel.

As part of the agreement, Arisinfra will supply construction materials for the development of 7 new residential towers with a total built-up area of 1.2 million sq. ft. This extended partnership is expected to generate an additional ₹75 crore in material supplies for Arisinfra over the next 36 to 40 months.

Spread across 250+ acres, Wadhwa Wise City is a landmark integrated township located near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, envisioned as a key pillar of Mumbai 3.0’s urban expansion. The township features a mix of residential towers, villas, plotted layouts, commercial and retail spaces, educational institutions, and spiritual centers.

With over 3,000 homes already delivered, the new development phase comes amid significant infrastructure growth in the region, including the Panvel–Karjat suburban rail line and enhanced connectivity to Mumbai and surrounding economic hubs.
