Ajmera Realty Secures Redevelopment Project in Andheri West

Ajmera Realty & Infra India (ARIIL) has signed an agreement for the redevelopment of a housing society in Andheri West, Mumbai, covering 0.5 acres. The project is expected to generate ₹320 crore in sales revenue, with a total carpet area of 71,300 sq. ft.

Located in Shastri Nagar, a neighborhood originally developed by Ajmera Group, this project aligns with the company’s strategic focus on redevelopment, joint ventures, and joint development agreements. It reinforces Ajmera Realty’s asset-light acquisition approach and commitment to revitalizing high-potential micro-markets.
