Advait Energy Transitions Wins Rs 21.30 Cr PGCIL Order for 765kV Emergency Restoration Systems

Advait Energy Transitions has secured an order worth Rs 21.30 crore from Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) for Package ERS-1, covering the procurement of Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) suitable for transmission corridors up to 765kV AC and ±800kV. The project will be executed over 18 months.

Under this contract, AETL will supply ERS solutions designed to rapidly restore power transmission lines during tower failures, reducing grid downtime and improving network resilience. The order strengthens AETL’s position in specialised transmission infrastructure and supports India’s growing need for reliable, quick-response systems amid rising power demand and climate-related disruptions.
