Adore Group has announced the launch of its luxury housing project, ‘The Select Premia,’ in Sector-76, Faridabad. With an investment of around ₹800 crore, this premium residential complex will cover 5.47 acres and feature 190 ultra-luxury apartments.
The land was acquired from Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) in 2023 through auctions. The project cost includes land, construction, and related expenses, aiming to deliver an exclusive and modern living experience to buyers seeking luxury in the city.
