ACE Secures Major Defence Order for 99 Specialized Forklifts
In a significant boost to India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative, Action Construction Equipment Ltd. (ACE), the country's largest crane and construction equipment manufacturer, has secured an order from the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for 99 specialized forklifts with a 3-tonne lifting capacity. This order is part of a broader agreement, which includes the delivery of 285 specialized forklifts and six rough terrain cranes with a 30-ton lifting capacity.
Dharmendra Singhal, Head of Institutional Sales at ACE, highlighted the importance of this order, stating it reflects the reliability and performance of ACE's equipment. He emphasized that the company is committed to supporting India's defence infrastructure with advanced, purpose-built solutions under the 'Make in India' and 'AatmaNirbhar Bharat' initiatives.
The specialized forklifts will enhance operational efficiency in challenging conditions, reinforcing ACE’s dedication to delivering high-performance equipment. These forklifts and cranes will be instrumental in strengthening the Ministry of Defence’s capabilities, offering robust solutions for critical applications.
