Godrej Properties has announced the addition of two new projects in Worli and Matunga Eastern areas of Mumbai, said official sources. The property builder will jointly develop a land parcel in the upscale neighborhood of Worli area of Mumbai offering about 1.17 million square feet of saleable space as part of a redevelopment project. The second project will be a residential development on a land parcel located in the prime micro-market of Matunga (E) in Mumbai, offering about 16,000 square meters (0.17 million square feet) of saleable space comprising of residential apartments of various configurations. The site is situated near Five Gardens Matunga (E), which is one of the most central and preferred residential locations in Mumbai.
