Alpina Neptune Engitech Pvt. Ltd. (ANEPL) is the leading engineering and manufacturing company delivering Turnkey Project Solutions to Produce Aerated Autoclave Concrete Block (AAC). ANEPL is a 50:50 Joint venture between Alpina Industriale SpA Italy and Neptune Industries Ltd, India.

Svanholm Engineering developed and simplified plants and production equipment for AAC based on new inventions and applications maintaining at the same time a high quality of the product. Since 2007 Alpina Industriale SpA acquired Svanholm company the license to build plants for the AAC industry according to the Svanholm’s proposed technology. In India, ANEPL offers world class AAC technology with indigenous & economical proven solutions, best quality service and timely delivery.

AAC technology

The Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) manufactured elements are formed of silica sand/fly ash, cement, lime and water. By adding aluminium powder a reaction is produced with consequently forming of a multitude of little air bubbles inside the bulk. During the autoclaving, the lime in the binder reacts with the water and silica/ flyash and forms calcium Silicate hydrates.

The supply of equipment includes System for sand/fly ash & slurry treatment, Storage, feeding & Batching, Casting & Molding, Car Handling, Cake Cutting, Autoclaving, Automatic Handling and Packing system etc, says Mr. Shakti Swarup Nissonko.

High strength to weight ratio, Low thermal conductivity, Stability to variations in temperature and humidity and resistance to fire.
