Product Attributes

The smallest Hess machine can produce 6000 blocks (20cm/8") in 8 hours. Also have machines which have output of 10,000, 15,000, 23,000, 25,000 and 30,000 blocks. The AAC production capacity varies from 200cbm, 950cbm, 1550cbm and 2000cbm. The outputs of the stationary machines are very versatile. It can produce hollow, solid, Hourdi, kerbs, flag tiles, fly ash bricks and all kinds of interlocking pavers.

The company uses the patented vibrating system called as the "Variotronic" vibration system. The vibrating method based on servo/frequency controlled motors. The blocks produced by machines equipped with this patented technology are all uniform in size, shape and density. This high level of precision is the major advantage of this technology. The latest innovation is Variotronic together with oil bath system which will avoid regular greasing and bearing changes for longer periods which are time consuming acts.

All the machines manufactured by Hess Groups are benefitted by the excellent control and conveying systems which can be upgraded at any point of time. Hess machines work with more electric, electronic and software functions and less hydraulics. This helps in fault detection and troubleshooting process. Different types of conveyors are using for each application like belt conveyor, weigh batcher, skip system, bucket conveyor and latch conveyor. The company has our manufacturing and service unit in Bangalore since 2011. Currently, we have multiple installations happening in different parts of the country so our engineers are readily available for servicing on 24x7 bases.
