JK Tyre, 11 new OTR Tyres for motor grader, tipper, reach stacker
JK Tyre, India's premier tyre manufacturer, launched eleven new Off-the-Road (OTR) tyres, comprising the all-new JK Tyre 18.00–25 40PR Port Champion Plus and ten new variants for diverse applications in the construction segment. These included the 17.5-25 20PR GTL Plus E3/L3 and 13.00-24 16PR GTL Champ G3. The tyres, with high traction, are designed to support motor grader operations with their durability on the harshest terrains. The Hard Rock Champion series’ new addition – the 12.00-20 20PR E4 - has a high tread depth, suitable for mining tipper trucks working in rough terrains. The next-gen Port Champion Plus Tyre is designed specifically for Reach Stackers (container handling equipment). According to the company, the tyre provides excellent durability, mileage, and steering ability owing to its deep tread and accurate pattern with heavy rubber in the centre.

The company is a leader in the Ultra Large Off-the-Road (OTR) tyre category. It has manufactured India's largest tyre - 40.00-57, 12 ft. in diameter, weighing approximately 3.4 tons. Its VEM 045 tyre has earned a spot in the Limca Book of Records.

We are thrilled to introduce eleven new products, each designed for different applications, including our standout "Port Champion Plus," specially crafted for top-notch performance in port applications. This tyre is all about meeting customer needs for better productivity and performance.
But that is not all—we have also rolled out a new tyre size, "31/90-49 VEM 045 E4 TL 54PR" with a higher load-carrying capacity compared to the standard 27.00-49 tyre size. This addition is geared towards helping customers boost their productivity.
In addition to these, we have showcased our cutting-edge technology product, the "TREEL TPMS System" aimed at supporting our customers in improving both Productivity, Safety and Performance. We are excited about these new offerings and the positive impact they can have on our customers' operations.
We have advanced testing facilities at our R&D centre to undertake endurance tests and other quality and durability tests.”
