Our versatile solutions support various warehouse operations, from docking stations and racking systems to manufacturing zones and shipping areas.

Our versatile range of forklifts engineered to meet the rigorous demands of various industries, integrate advanced technology and high-performance features for enhanced productivity and safety.

Class I – Electric Battery Forklifts (Capacity 1500 – 5000 kg): They are powered by the renowned Korean technology. They are designed for heavy-duty operations with capacities up to 5000 kg. The AC drive system ensures optimal performance, while the ergonomically designed cabin minimizes operator fatigue. Features such as electric power steering, side/lateral battery replacement, and advanced safety systems (anti-rollback, wide visibility, OPSS) make them ideal for intensive applications. The high-performance mast provides excellent load handling even at maximum lift heights. They can be used for heavy-duty lifting in sectors like automotive, manufacturing, and large-scale logistics where consistent uptime and operator efficiency are critical.

Class II – Warehouse Equipment (Capacity 1600 – 2500 kg): They are electric reach trucks for ideal for use in demanding warehouse environments with their improved gradability and automatic center positioning. The energy-efficient design ensures reduced operating costs, while the ergonomic cabin and advanced LCD monitor enhance operator comfort. Heavy-duty masts provide reliability, and an optional cold storage application supports operations in environments down to -30°C. Ideal for high-density warehouse operations, particularly in cold storage, distribution centers, and logistics where precision handling and energy efficiency are priorities.

Class III – Warehouse Equipment (Capacity 1500 – 2500 kg): They feature an advanced AC control system and robust water and dustproof motors. These electric pallet trucks and stackers are built for durability. The side battery removal system streamlines maintenance, while safety features such as wide visibility and interlock systems ensure smooth, controlled operations. Tailored for efficient material handling in warehouses, retail, and FMCG sectors, these stackers and pallet trucks excel in fast-paced environments requiring precise control and quick battery swaps for extended shifts.

Class IV – Diesel Forklifts (Capacity: 1500 – 30,000 kg): They are built for extreme durability and high capacity, and are designed to handle the toughest industrial loads. With capacities of up to 16 tons, they can perform in the most challenging environments with minimal downtime. Suited for industries such as steel, construction, and heavy manufacturing, where moving oversized loads efficiently is a constant operational requirement.

Electric versus Diesel Forklifts

We are witnessing strong demand for both electric and diesel forklifts, with each type catering to different operational needs. Electric forklifts have risen in popularity, particularly in the manufacturing, warehousing, and cold storage sectors. Their precision, efficiency, and ease of use make them ideal for environments where manual operations fall short, especially when time-sensitive material movements are required.

Electric forklifts are also better suited for fast-paced operations, offering greater technical efficiency, reduced maintenance, and reliable performance. They have become indispensable for sectors prioritizing energy efficiency and reduced emissions, with cold storage applications in India increasingly relying on electric Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to overcome the limitations of manual labor in controlled environments.

Meanwhile, diesel forklifts continue to play a vital role in outdoor applications and industries that require rugged machinery to handle uneven surfaces and heavier loads. Their power and durability make them a top choice for construction, large-scale manufacturing, and sectors where extreme conditions and larger operational capacities demand reliable, high-performance equipment. Diesel forklifts perform well in environments where long operational hours and heavy-duty lifting are the norm, making them essential for specific large-scale industrial projects.

In short, while the demand for electric forklifts continues to grow due to their adaptability, efficiency, and alignment with sustainability goals, diesel forklifts remain a critical asset for industries requiring high power and durability in more challenging, outdoor environments. Together, these two types of forklifts offer comprehensive solutions for a wide range of industrial needs, ensuring both efficiency and productivity across various sectors.

Electric forklifts are preferred for indoor use, while diesel models are often favored for outdoor and heavy-duty tasks. Electric models present several clear advantages when comparing electric forklifts to diesel ones, especially in indoor and environmentally conscious settings. Running on batteries, electric forklifts produce zero emissions, making them a healthier choice for employees and ideal for enclosed environments. Their quiet operation significantly reduces noise pollution, creating a more comfortable and productive workspace. Electric forklifts also benefit from lower long-term operating and maintenance costs due to fewer mechanical components, and their heavy battery acts as a natural counterbalance, enhancing stability during operation. However, they do require a higher initial investment and dedicated charging infrastructure. Their load capacity is typically capped at 5 tons, and additional batteries may be needed for continuous multi-shift operations.

In contrast, diesel forklifts are often favored for outdoor and heavy-duty tasks. They come with a lower upfront cost and offer greater load capacity, faster acceleration, and higher torque, making them ideal for handling larger, more demanding jobs. Diesel forklifts perform better on gradients and in tough conditions, but they emit harmful exhaust gases, which limits their use indoors without proper ventilation. Additionally, they generate more noise, which can impact worker comfort, and require frequent maintenance to manage engine wear and fuel-related issues.

Ultimately, electric forklifts are an excellent choice for indoor, eco-friendly operations with long-term cost savings, while diesel forklifts excel in power, load capacity, and outdoor performance, making them the go-to option for more rugged and large-scale applications.

Safety of operators and workers on-site is a prime concern at HD Hyundai. We integrate safety into every aspect of our material handling equipment (MHE), ensuring complete protection for both operators and pedestrians. Our forklifts are equipped with advanced safety features designed to minimize risks in demanding industrial environments. Tools like the Red Zone and Blue Pedestrian Lights enhance visibility by providing clear alerts, helping pedestrians maintain safe distances from operating forklifts. Anti-Collision Kit and AI Human Detection Camera further bolster safety by detecting obstacles and human presence, significantly reducing the risk of accidents.

Our forklifts also incorporate built-in safety systems that offer additional layers of protection. The Anti-Roll Back feature prevents forklifts from rolling back on slopes, increasing stability on uneven surfaces. The Smart OPSS (Operator Presence Sensor System) automatically disables movement and hydraulic functions when the operator leaves the seat, preventing unintentional operation. To safeguard operators during high-risk tasks, the Overhead Guard protects against falling objects, while Seat Belts minimize injury risk during sudden stops. Furthermore, Pinch Point Protection ensures that operators avoid hazardous areas near the mast, supported by clear operational guidelines.

HD Hyundai’s forklift range is purpose-built for maximizing uptime

Hyundai has also developed an advanced monitoring kit that allows you to track your equipment remotely from anywhere in the world. This system provides real-time data, including on the operator currently using the forklift; the specific time and date of each operation; utilization metrics for the forklift; operational speed of the forklift; geographical location tracking; and details of any accidental impacts

We also emphasize skill development through our after-sales training programs. We provide operators with Skill India NSDC Certifications, ensuring they possess the knowledge and expertise required to operate our equipment safely and efficiently. This combination of advanced safety technologies and hands-on training allows Hyundai forklifts to deliver high performance while adhering to the highest safety standards, addressing the needs of safety-focused industries.

HD Hyundai’s dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction is reflected in our extensive service network across India. We offer thorough support, including dedicated technicians, readily available spare parts, preventative maintenance programs, and regular equipment health check-ups. Our focus on energy-efficient equipment helps reduce operational costs and builds a comfortable tomorrow for businesses and communities.
